Construction Details

A glimpse at the building of the log shell, which is manufactured and assembled in British Columbia, Canada, before being disassembled and shipped to you.


Nestled among the beautiful countryside of Western, PA, the "Tetom" is a showstopping 4,500 square-foot Douglas Fir ranch. A detailed portico with custom log trusses sets the stage for this unique 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath home. Stunning lakeside views from every room, including the master bathroom's walk-in shower, makes the "Tetom" unlike any other. An expansive deck with covered porch and a 4-car garage are also featured.


'The Shoaf' is a custom design that's attracting attention. A dramatic split entry leads to a 3-level 5695 sq. ft. home. The 24' x 24' great room is the centerpiece of this unique home with massive log beams framing a cathedral of glass and a grand stone fireplace. The first floor great room is open to a large kitchen and dining room and the first floor grand master bedroom suite features an open loft. The lower level features a 24' x 24' family room with an impressive stone fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a mudroom and a 3-car garage. The loft has an additional bedroom, office and a open sitting area.


'The Ritenour' is a magnificent log home, well suited for family living and entertaining guests. This 5097 sq. ft. home has a 2-level, 6-car garage (additional 2580 sq. ft.) with a large dramatic entry, elegant log staircase, large open loft/ family room and an octagonal sunroom, 'The Ritenour' is at the forefront of log home design.


'The Panella' is a picturesque home with a spacious deck and covered porches. This 2564 sq. ft. home with double car garage (additional 840 sq. ft.) has 3 bedrooms, first floor master bedroom suite, private office and a large working kitchen/dining room. 'The Panella' is an attractive design style that has it all.


A towering stone fireplace accents the greatroom of this 2340 sq. ft. home. An abundance of light enters the front glass filled gable, large windows, three front French doors and three skylights. This family home has a roomy kitchen, separate dining room, family room, first floor utility, first floor bedroom and bath. The large master bedroom suite is tucked away upstairs and features a private sitting loft and exterior balcony. Open log beam ceilings add height to the master bedroom and great room. 'The Matesich' offers rustic charm and practicality. This 2084 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms with a large open loft. The unique look is created with custom kingpin log trusses and large log posts with gussets. 'The Dunn' is one of our most popular models, with it's classic log architecture and it's 'welcome home feel'. 'The Dunn' features 2857 sq. ft. of living space with an attached double car garage ( additional 900 sq. ft.). This 4 bedroom home has a first floor grand master suite has a spacious 20' x 25' great room, mud room and open loft. 4 optional floor plans make this design a home of your dreams.


Soaring peaks create a dramatic exterior with distinctive log work in each of the seven gables that provide views in all directions. The covered front porch opens into a formal front entry, with a stunning wide-carved archway. This 4869 sq. ft. home continues into a spacious 26' x 19' great room, with open log beam ceiling. The family oriented kitchen/ breakfast nook area is open to the greatroom. A separate 24' x 30' dining room is perfectly suited for entertaining. The den, family room, utility, bedroom and bath complete the first floor layout. The upstairs layout has a spacious master bedroom suite with an open log beam ceiling, and a private exterior balcony.
